I just dropped an episode of Under the Influence!! This is my first one with this name. I was on the 2nd season of Yoga and Other $h!t when we (my co-hosts &I) suddenly realized we were growing apart creatively. I guess I had to mourn for a bit but lately, I have felt the pull to return to it...alone(weird for me) and raw—In hopes that I reach those going through similar experiences.
