DAVID PROTEIN BARS
Why I like them: 28g of protein for 150 calories is pretty hard to beat. They’re pricey, but if you’re trying to get a lot of protein without adding a ton of calories, these are one of my favorites. Honestly, all the flavors are great. These Bronze bars are the decadent ones—they’re much closer to an actual chocolate bar than what you’d expect from a protein bar. The regular David flavors are great too, so I’ve linked those below.

Love Coffee? Here's a great brand!-

The Texas Pecan is my favorite! Here it is below-

OMG! These bowls have been all over Instagram, but the brand and product name weren’t always easy to find. So I tracked them down and put them here—and I’ll share them in my Instagram Stories too—so you can find them without commenting a secret word or jumping through hoops. I haven’t personally tried these yet; this is a researched find, not a personal review. (ordering them tho)-

CLOSE FIND 🔍 These aren’t the exact containers from the viral posts, but they’re a very similar (and more cost effective) rectangular glass option—and I’m sharing the link without making you hunt for it.

Another Instagram find—identified!
The humidifier making the rounds is the Carepod One. It’s a filter-free cool-mist humidifier with a stainless-steel interior, only three washable parts, and up to 30 hours of operation. The easy-to-clean design is the feature that really makes this one stand out.-
Found these too!
These are Vacplus Hanging Moisture Absorber Bags—not “moisture retention bags,” as the original post called them. They’re designed to absorb excess moisture in enclosed spaces such as closets, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and RVs. The clear lower pouch lets you see the water being collected, and reducing excess moisture may help discourage musty odors and mildew.-

It looks like linen—but it isn’t!
This beautiful brown bedding was described on Instagram as “organic linen,” but the actual product appears to be the NEXHOME PRO Duvet Cover Set, made from 100% washed cotton with a relaxed, linen-like texture. The set includes one duvet cover and two matching pillow shams—no comforter insert or sheets. Lots of colors!-
Another summer must have! The sliding screen door(it retracts into itself!)-

The popular mold removing spray- revealed here!-

next is the Purefypro disinfectant spray. This is the 2nd spray that is currently taking over social media claiming to kill 99.9999% of MRSA, Norovirus, flu virus, fungus and drug resistant germs. I will say this , it's not a just blast a few sqiurts on and you are good to go. Please research this. Most of these need to spray on thoroughly and sit for a bit. Do exactly as directed on instructions! With that said, here's the link-
